I wonder if there is a backstory to every blog… specifically customer service blogs. Did they have an amazing experience at work and just had to write about it? That must happen a lot, because a blog is nothing without frequent posts.

I know this blog started out like that. I had always played around with a sort of journal for work experiences, though nothing outstanding enough made me do it. However, I recall one experience that actually happened just recently; the catalyst for the creation of this blog.
