First off, I should probably explain why I haven’t been posting in a while; even though I don’t think anyone really reads this blog.

I quit working on New Year’s Eve since I didn’t really want to start the new year at a job I wasn’t enthusiastic about… and since then, I haven’t been officially employed. I am waiting some months until I go out and put an effort into finding a new job, and hopefully I will find one that I will enjoy. Until then, I am on a limited budget, which is really frustrating; but I have to keep in mind that it wasn’t long ago that I didn’t spend a lot of money… I guess I just really got used to the luxury of excess income.

Anyways, enough about that, I am here to actually write about something that has been on my mind lately; and it is about customer service, yes. Most of my friends still work at the golden arches, and whenever I see them, they usually tell me stories from work. Read the rest of this entry »
